食醋灌胃对小鼠扭体模型的镇痛作用

摘要
目的:观察食醋灌胃疗法对小鼠扭体模型的镇痛作用。方法:24只昆明种小鼠随机分为三组:对照组、稀释食醋灌胃组和原醋灌胃组(n=8),给予各组小鼠灌胃相应药物(0.15ml/10g),每天1次,连续3天。于第3天给药30min后用使用醋酸扭体法测定各组小鼠扭体次数。结果:食醋灌胃疗法具有较强的镇痛作用,而且一定范围内存在剂量依赖性关系。与生理盐水组相比,稀释食醋灌胃组平均扭体次数减少43.7%,原食醋灌胃组平均扭体次数减少达85.0%,其中有50.0%的小鼠完全无扭体反应(P<0.01)。与稀释食醋灌胃组相比,原醋灌胃组扭体次数亦有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:食醋灌胃疗法对醋酸所致小鼠扭体模型有较强的镇痛作用。
        Objective:To observe the analgesic effect of vinegar on writhing model in mice by intragastric administration. Methods:24 Kunming mice were randomly divided into 3 groups: control saline group, diluted vinegar group, vinegar groups(n=8 each).Each group of mice were givern corresponding drugs by intragastric administration, 0.15mL/10g, once a day for three days, then the times of body writhe were measured 30minites later by torsion body method. Results:Vinegar lavage therapy has strong analgesic effect and the drug also had time-dose dependency in a certain range. Compared with saline group,the average number of twisting of diluted vinegar group is reduced by 43.7% and the average number of twisting of vinegar group is reduced by 85.0%(P<0.01),50% of the mice having no writhing response. Compared with diluted vinegar group,the times of body writhe of vinegar group were also statistically significant(P<0.01). Conclusion:Inegar gavage therapy has strong analgesic effect on mice writhing model.
