摘要
目的:研究人参米对小鼠的抗疲劳和抗氧化活性。方法:除对照组外,小鼠饲喂以人参米为主要成分的饲料,6周后测定小鼠体重变化、负重游泳力竭时间、肝糖原、血乳酸、血清尿素氮(BUN)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及丙二醛(MDA)的含量。结果:人参米对小鼠体重增长无显著影响,但能延长小鼠负重游泳时间,增强小鼠血清SOD活性,提高肝糖原含量,降低血清MDA、BUN及血乳酸含量。结论:人参米具有抗疲劳和抗氧化作用。
        Objective: To explore the effects of ginseng rice on anti-fatigue and anti-oxidation in mice. Methods:The fodder which mainly consists of ginseng rice were administrated to the mice for 6 consecutive weeks. After 6 weeks of experiment, the bodyweight of mice, loaded swimming time, the content of liver glycogen, blood lactic acid, urea nitrogen, MDA and SOD were measured. Results: Ginseng rice has no significant effect on body weight of the mice between control group and experimental group.Compared with the control group, the loaded swimming survival time of the mice which administrated to ginseng rice was prolonged, at the same time, ginseng rice enhanced the SOD activities of mice blood,increased the content of liver glycogen, decreased the MDA content of mice blood, urea nitrogen and blood lactic acid in mice.Conclusion: Ginseng rice possesses anti-fatigue and anti-oxidation activities.
