摘要
随着国家对可持续发展和治理环境污染相关政策的落地,需要重新审视能动专业学生的创新能力提升的方法。文章从学科设置、培养方法与学生创新能力提升的相互关系出发,分析了能动专业不同层次学生对待学习与就业的心理,结合河海大学机电工程学院能动专业多年办学经验介绍了一套符合新形势下能动专业特色的人才创新力提升的方法。
With the implement of national sustainable development and pollution protection, the creativity and innovation development of students in Energy and Power Engineering domain need to be reconsidered under the new situation. From the interrelationship between disciplinary setting, training method and student innovation, the student psychology of learning and employment at different levels are discussed. A group of creativity and innovation development methods of different level students in Energy and Power Engineering domain under the new situation are proposed by taking the students in College of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Hohai University as a deep case study.
