摘要

设计了一台卧式环模颗粒机。根据项目要求,计算颗粒机的喂料和调制器、环模和压辊等核心零部件的参数,并利用SolidWorks软件建立颗粒机的三维模型。该型环模颗粒机具有生产成本低、易维护、结构紧凑的优点,适合中小型颗粒饲料加工厂、生物质颗粒燃料厂使用。
        A horizontal ring die pellet machine was designed. According to the requirements of the project, the parameters of the core components, such as feed and modulator, ring die and pressure roller, were calculated. The SolidWorks software was used to create a three-dimensional model of the pellet machine. 9KH30 ring die pellet machine has the advantages of low production cost, easy maintenance,compact structure, and is suitable for small and medium-sized feed processing plants and biomass pellet fuel plants.
