囊袋张力环在外伤性白内障晶体半脱位超声乳化手术中的应用研究

摘要
目的:探讨囊袋张力环在外伤性白内障晶体半脱位超声乳化手术中的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析在佛山市禅城区中心医院2013-01～2015-01期间20例20眼外伤性白内障晶体半脱位患者行超声乳化联合人工晶体植入手术。术中行连续环形撕囊,水分离后或超声碎核后植入囊袋张力环,抽吸皮质后,囊袋内植入后房型人工晶体,观察术后视力、眼压、前房及人工晶状体位置等情况。结果:20例均顺利植入人工晶体,术后随访6mo,19例未发观人工晶体偏位倾斜现象。并发症:1例植入晶体囊张力环后出现晶状体囊袋偏移。术后2例出现一过性高眼压,静滴甘露醇后眼压恢复正常。所有病例视力均有不同程度提高,无严重并发症发生。结论:囊袋张力环可增加外伤性白内障晶体半脱位超声乳化手术的安全性,避免了相关手术并发症的发生。
Objective: To study the application of capsular tension ring in traumatic cataract surgery for subluxated phacoemulsification.Methods Retrospectively studiedtwenty cases of traumatic cataract with subluxated cataract were treated with phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation in the Chancheng district central hospital of Foshan from January 2013 to January 2015. Intraocular capsulorhexis was implanted into the capsular bag after intraocular continuous capsulorhexis, water separation or ultrasound nucleus pulposus implantation. The posterior chamber intraocular lens was implanted in the capsular bag. The visual acuity, intraocular pressure, anterior chamber and intraocular lens Location and so on.Results All 20 cases were successfully implanted with intraocular lens. All cases were followed up for 6 months and 19 cases had no deviation of intraocular lens. Complications: 1 case of phacoemulsification after implantation of lens capsule tension ring. Two cases of transient high intraocular pressure, intravenous mannitol, intraocular pressure returned to normal. The visual acuity of all cases was improved to different extents, and no serious complication occurred.Conclusion Capsular tension ring can increase the safety of phacoemulsification for traumatic cataract and avoid the complications.
