人性化护理在手术室临床护理中的应用效果分析

摘要
目的分析人性化护理在手术室临床护理中的应用效果。方法选取我院2016年5月—2018年5月收治的手术患者100例作为研究对象,依照单双号法的分组方式,将其分为对照组(n=50)和研究组(n=50)。对照组手术室护理方法为常规护理,研究组手术室护理方法为人性化护理,将两组患者的护理前后各项评价指标、护理满意度进行比较。结果经过护理后,两组认知程度、治疗信心指数均高于护理前,心理压力指数低于护理前,且组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05),且研究组各指标优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的护理满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论手术室临床护理中实施人性化护理,有利于提高患者认知和治愈疾病的信念,缓解其不良心理,且可有效提高患者对护理服务的满意度。
Objective To analyze the application effect of humanized nursing in clinical nursing of operating room. Methods 100 surgical patients admitted to our hospital from May 2016 to May 2018 were selected as the study subjects. According to the grouping method of single and double numbers, they were divided into control group(n=50) and research group(n=50). The control group received routine nursing. The nursing methods in the operating room of the study group were humanized nursing. The evaluation indexes and nursing satisfaction of the two groups before and after nursing were compared. Results After nursing, the cognitive level and treatment confidence index of the two groups were higher than those before nursing, and the psychological stress index was lower than that before nursing. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05). The indexes of the study group were better than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion The implementation of humanized nursing in the clinical nursing of the operating room is conducive to improving the belief of patients and curing the disease, alleviating their bad psychology, and can effectively improve the satisfaction of patients with nursing services.
