摘要

立足京张联合举办冬奥,研究英语文化环境在提升地域文化和城市综合实力等方面的重要作用;在分析加强张家口市英语文化软环境建设的必要性和了解张家口英语文化环境现状的基础上,借鉴国内外奥运城市的成功经验,探讨加强张家口城市英语文化软环境建设的有效途径。
        In the context of joint Olympic host,this paper studies on the importance of soft environment of English culture in the aspects of promoting regional culture level and city comprehensive competitiveness. It also analyzes the necessity of strengthening the construction of English cultural soft environment in Zhangjiakou. On the basis of investgating the current status of soft environment of English culture in Zhangjiakou and learning the successful experience from some Olympic cities at home and abroad,effective measures are put forward to strenthen the soft environment of English culture in Zhangjiakou city.
