小波包络分析在铝合金轮毂旋压机故障诊断中的应用

摘要
铝合金轮毂在旋压工艺制造过程中,旋压机的滚轮轴承会出现故障,为了诊断滚轮轴承故障,提出将小波和希尔伯特变换相结合的方法。通过分析采集信号,可准确地把滚轮轴承故障诊断出来,分析效果不受铝合金轮毂旋压毛坯厚度、粗糙度等其他因素影响。
        In the spinning manufacturing process of the aluminum alloy wheel hub, faults would happen to the roller bearing of spinning machine. In order to diagnose roller bearing fault, the method by combining wavelet and Hilbert transformation has been put forward. Through analysis of the acquired signal, the fault has been accurately diagnosed. The analysis effect has not been affected by the spinning blank thickness, the roughness and the other factors of the aluminum alloy wheel hub.
