摘要
食品微生物检验是食品质量与安全专业教学体系中的核心课程,是以实验为基础的实践性和应用型非常强的一门学科。通过提升教师职业能力,改革实验教学内容,实施模块化实验教学体系,情景教学、改革实验考核方法等方面,提高食品微生物检验实践教学质量和学生的专业素养。
Food Microorganism Inspection is the core course in the teaching system of food quality and safety specialty,and it is a very practical and applied subject based on experiments. Through improving teachers' professional ability, reforming experimental teaching content, implementing modular experimental teaching system, situational teaching and reforming experimental assessment methods, the quality of practical teaching of food microorganism inspection and students' professional quality are improved.
