摘要
以冷轧双相钢DP980为研究对象,探讨了退火温度对钢板组织性能的影响。结果表明:当退火温度从600℃增加到660℃,随着再结晶程度的逐步提高,强度逐渐降低;再结晶完成后,DP980钢退火温度从720℃增加到820℃,随着加热过程中获得的奥氏体含量的增多,冷却后硬相的量更多,宏观表现为强度逐渐升高;由热处理过程的膨胀曲线结合组织观察发现,冷却后的硬相中既有马氏体又有贝氏体。
Taking the cold-rolled dual-phase steel DP980 as the research object, the effects of the annealing temperature on the microstructure of the steel plate were studied. The results show that, when the annealing temperature increases from600 ℃ to 660 ℃, the increases of recrystallization degree gradualy, the strength decreases gradually. After recrystallization,when the annealing temperature of DP980 steel increases from 720 ℃ to 820 ℃, the austenite content in heating process increases, the amount of hard phase after cooling increases, and the strength gradually increase. It is found that both martensite and bainite are found in the cooled hard phases by means of the expansion curve of the heat treatment process combined with the microstructure observation.
