健脾祛湿刺络祛瘀法联合阿达帕林凝胶对痤疮的疗效分析

摘要
目的研究健脾祛湿刺络祛瘀法联合阿达帕林凝胶对痤疮的疗效。方法选择2016年11月—2018年7月本院的120例痤疮患者,根据入院顺序随机抽签法分为两组。对照组采用阿达帕林凝胶治疗,观察组联用健脾祛湿刺络祛瘀法治疗。比较两组治疗前后的皮损评分和生活质量评分。结果观察组的总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的皮损评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的Qol-Acne评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论健脾祛湿刺络祛瘀法联合阿达帕林凝胶能明显提高痤疮的疗效,减轻患者的皮损程度,提高生活质量,减少痤疮的复发,具有较高的应用价值。
Objective To study the effect of spleen,dampness,and phlegm and phlegm combined with Adapalene Gel on acne.Methods Selected 120 patients with acne in our hospital from Nov.2016 to Jul.2018 were randomly divided into two groups according to the order of admission.The control group was treated with Adapalene Gel,and the observation group was treated with spleen,dampnessand phlegm.Skin lesion score and quality of life score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the skin lesion score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the Qol-Acne score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion The combination of spleen and dampness and phlegm and stasis combined with Adapalene Gel can significantly improve the curative effect of acne,reduce the degree of skin lesions,improve the quality of life and reduce the recurrence of acne,and has high application value.
