介入化疗联合中医治疗对老年晚期肺癌患者免疫功能的影响研究

摘要
目的:探析介入化疗联合中医治疗对老年晚期肺癌患者免疫功能的影响。方法:选取2016年5月-2018年5月我院收治的58例老年晚期肺癌患者为主要对象,采用随机分配的原则进行分组,每组29例。对照组给予介入化疗,观察组患者接受介入化疗联合中医治疗,对两组的治疗效果进行比较。结果:观察组的治疗显效率为37.93%,对照组的显效率为17.24%,两组对比存在显著差异(P <0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的CD3、CD4、CD8、CD4/CD8、NK与治疗前和对照组治疗后相比均有明显变化,组间及组内对比差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:在老年晚期肺癌的临床治疗上运用介入化疗联合中医治疗的方法可获得颇为理想的效果,可提升患者的免疫功能,改善癌症晚期的生存质量,值得进一步推广。
Objective: To explore the effect of interventional chemotherapy plus TCM on immune function in elderly patients with advanced lung cancer. Methods: 58 elderly patients were randomly divided into 29 patients in each group. The control group received interventional chemotherapy; the observation group received interventional chemotherapy plus TCM; the treatment effects in groups were compared. Results: The effective rate in the observation group was 37.93%, and the control group was 17.24%, with a significant difference between two groups(P<0.05). After treatment, the CD3, CD4, CD8, CD4/CD8 and NK in the observation group were significantly different from those before treatment and the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). Conclusion: Interventional chemotherapy plus TCM medicine on treating advanced lung cancer in the elderly can obtain quite satisfactory results, improve the immune function and the quality of life in the late stage of cancer, is worthy of further promotion.
