印度赤脚学院的实践经验与启示

摘要
赤脚学院是创设于印度贫困农村的NGO组织,其使命是帮助被边缘化的人口摆脱贫困的命运并促进民主的发展。赤脚学院坚持自下而上的问题解决思路,以当地贫困人口的知识和技术作为重要资源,通过做中学的方式达到帮助贫困人口获得知识和技术的目的。经过多年的发展,赤脚学院已经成长为具有世界影响力的组织,其成功的办学经验为我国扶贫工作提供了一定的借鉴价值。
Barefoot College is an NGO organization founded in poor rural India. Its missions are to help marginalized people get rid of poverty and to promote democracy. Barefoot College insists on the bottom-up problem-solving approach,taking the knowledge and technology of the local poor as an important resource to help the poor acquire knowledge and technology through learning by doing. After years of development,Barefoot College has grown into an influential organization in the world,and its successful experience has provided certain reference value for China's poverty alleviation work.
