振动力量训练对我国运动员髋关节最大肌力干预效果的Meta分析

摘要
目的:运用meta分析检验振动力量训练(VST)对我国运动员髋关节屈伸肌最大肌肉力量的干预效果。方法:通过检索中国知网、万方数据、百度学术、谷歌学术、维普数据库、Pub Med和Web of Science数据库,筛选了11篇文献进行meta分析。应用Reviwer Manager5.2版本,采用随机效应模型对研究纳入文献的效应值进行检验。结果:meta分析结果显示,振动力量训练对髋关节屈肌峰值力矩值[WMD=-10.84,95%CI(-21.35~-0.34),P<0.05],髋关节伸肌峰值力矩值[WMD=-23.98,95%CI(-45.88~-2.08),P<0.05],髋关节屈肌相对峰值力矩值[WMD=-0.21,95%CI(-0.41~-0.02),P<0.05],髋关节伸肌相对峰值力矩值[WMD=-0.39,95%CI(-0.76~-0.01),P<0.05]均具有显著的提升作用。结论:振动力量训练对发展髋关节屈伸肌的最大肌肉力量具有较好的效果,振动力量训练能够提高髋关节屈伸肌的最大肌肉力量,使屈伸肌群的力量得到协同发展。
        Objective: The current study assessed the effects of vibration strength training( VST) on extensor muscle strength of the hip joint of Chinese athletes in meta-analysis. Methods: By retrieving CNKI,Baidu scholar,VIP,WANFANG,Pub Med,Web of Science,screened 11 articles. Reviwer Manager5. 2 version was used to analysis the meta datas.The random effect model was used to examine the effect value of the literature. Results: Meta analysis results showed that VST had significantly improved the hip flexor peak torque value[WMD =-10. 84,95% CI(-21. 35 ~-0. 34),P <0. 05],hip extensor peak torque value[WMD =-23. 98,95% CI(-45. 88 ~-2. 08),P < 0. 05],hip flexor relative peak torque value[WMD =-0. 21( 95% CI,-0. 41 ~-0. 02),P < 0. 05],and hip extensor relative peak torque value [WMD=-0. 39,95% CI(-0. 76 ~-0. 01),P < 0. 05]. Conclusion: VST on the development of hip flexor and extensor muscle of the maximum muscle strength has excellent effect and VST can also improve the hip flexor and extensor maximum muscle force,flexor and extensor strength and coordinated development.
