高校开展“不忘初心”主题教育的动力机制和实施路径

高校开展"不忘初心,牢记使命"主题教育,其内涵既要包括对于党的初心的解读,包括高校培养人才的初心的诠释,更要包括对于青年学生个人初心的正确认识和引导。其动力机制可以从组织者或教育者、受教育者和教育介质三个维度来考虑。高校需要通过树立理论思维、主渠道思维、系统化思维、根本思维,不断探索初心教育的实施路径。
The university carries out the theme education of "not forgetting the original intention and keeping in mind the mission". Its connotation should include the interpretation of the party's initial intention, the initial interpretation of the training of talents in colleges and universities, and the correct understanding and guidance of the young students' initial intentions. Its dynamic mechanism can be considered from three dimensions: organizer or educator, educator and educational medium. Colleges and universities need to constantly explore the implementation path of primary education by establishing theoretical thinking, main channel thinking, systematic thinking, and fundamental thinking.
