女性创业环境满意度及关键影响因素研究——以西安市女性创业环境调查为例

摘要
以西安市为例,通过调查研究与分析,得出西安市女性创业环境的满意度因子排序,在此基础上对影响满意度的关键因素进行识别与分析,得出影响西安市女性创业环境满意度的三大关键因素。通过对存在的问题和原因进行讨论,提出应从政策、融资、人才和社会4方面来进行改进以提升西安市女性创业环境满意度。
This paper takes Xi'an as an example. Through investigation and analysis, the satisfaction ranking of different parts of Xi'an women's entrepreneurial environment is obtained. On this basis, the key factors affecting satisfaction are identified and analyzed, then draw a conclusion that the three key factors in the satisfaction of women's entrepreneurial environment in Xi'an. Finally, through the discussion of the results and causes of the problems, it is proposed that the improvement should be made from the four aspects of policy, financing, talents and society to improve the satisfaction of women's entrepreneurial environment in Xi'an.
