特色护理干预对慢性盆腔炎患者生命质量的影响

摘要
目的探讨特色护理干预对慢性盆腔炎患者生命质量的影响。方法选取2017年1月—2018年1月期间,郑州华山医院收治的100例慢性盆腔炎患者作为研究对象,并按照随机抽样原则将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各50例。对照组患者接受常规护理干预,观察组接受特色护理干预,评估两组患者的生命质量各项评分。结果护理前,两组患者的生命质量各项评分组间相比,差异无统计意义(P>0.05);经过护理干预后,两组患者的生命质量各项评分均有不同程度的提高,并且观察组患者的生命质量各项评分高于对照组患者,组间相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论由此可见,特色护理干预更能够有效提高患者的生命质量,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To explore the effect of characteristic nursing intervention on quality of life of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods 100 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease from January,2017 to January,2018 were treated in the hospital. According to the principle of random sampling,they were divided into control group and observation group with50 cases in each group. The patients in the control group received routine nursing intervention,the observation group received the special nursing intervention,and the quality of life scores of the two groups were evaluated.Results There was no significant difference in quality of life scores between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05). The scores of quality of life in the two groups were improved to some extent,and the scores of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Characteristic nursing intervention can effectively improve the quality of life of patients and is worth popularizing in clinic.
