医用粘胶相关性皮肤损伤患者的预防和护理进展

<正>医用粘胶相关性皮肤损伤(MARSI)是一种常见的皮肤撕脱伤,是指揭除医用粘胶后,局部皮肤出现持续30 min或30 min以上的红斑、水疱、糜烂、撕脱伤等表现[1]。MARSI导致的疼痛等症状,严重影响患者的生活质量,已引起国际广泛的关注,但国内关于MARSI的文献不多[2]。笔者就MARSI的预防和护理进行综述,以期为降低MARSI发生率提供参考依据。1 患者发生MARSI的现状医用粘胶剂在临床各科室使用频繁,MARSI可以发
