全自动尿液分析仪复检规则的建立

摘要
目的制定由迪瑞H-800尿干化学分析仪和IRIS IQ-200尿有形成分分析仪组成的全自动尿液分析工作站的复检规则,并验证该规则在临床中的应用效果。方法使用该工作站对1715份标本进行检测,同时对每份标本进行尿沉渣人工显微镜检测。通过对两种方法检测结果的分析,制定本实验室的尿液分析工作站复检规则,并用300份标本进行验证。结果通过对1715份标本的检测,以人工镜检结果为标准,该尿液分析工作站检测结果的假阴性率为1.22%,假阳性率为2.97%,复检率为33.41%。应用制订的复检规则对临床标本验证结果的假阴性率为1.33%,假阳性率为1.66%,复检率为35.33%。结论本实验室制定并验证了全自动尿液分析工作站复检规则,其假阴性率、假阳性率、复检率均能满足要求,该复检规则可以应用于临床工作中。
        Objective To establish a re-examination rule for the automatic urine analysis workstation consisting of Derry H-800 urine dry chemical analyzer and IRIS IQ-200 urine forming analyzer, and to verify the application of this rule in the clinic. Methods A total of 1715 specimens were tested by using this workstation. At the same time, each specimen was examined by urine sediments microscopic examination. Through the analysis of the test results of two methods, re-examination rules of the laboratory′ s urine analysis workstation were developed and validated with 300 specimens. Results The results of the microscopic examination were taken as standards based on the examination of1715 specimens. The false negative rate of the test results of urine analysis workstation was 1.22%, the false positive rate was 2.97%, and the re-examination rate was 33.41%. The results of the clinical specimen validation by the application of the re-examination rules were as follows: the false negative rate was 1.33%, the false positive rate was 1.66%and the re-examination rate was 35.33%. Conclusion The laboratory has developed and validated the re-examination rules for automated urine analysis workstation. The false negative rate, false positive rate and re-examination rate all can meet the requirements. This re-examination rule can be applied in clinical practice.
