摘要
通过化学分离的方法从野艾蒿精油中获得碱性、强酸性、弱酸性、中性和醛酮类5个组分,为了明确不同组分的杀虫活性,测定了5个组分对小菜蛾3龄幼虫的触杀、熏蒸、胃毒活性及对小菜蛾成虫的驱避活性。试验结果表明:中性组分对小菜蛾表现出明显的触杀、熏蒸、胃毒和驱避作用,在处理后10 h,触杀和熏蒸处理的校正死亡率分别达到100%和97. 62%;强酸性和弱酸性组分的杀虫效果不明显;碱性组分对小菜蛾未表现出触杀、熏蒸和胃毒活性;醛酮类组分对小菜蛾未表现出触杀和熏蒸作用。总的来看,野艾蒿精油中性组分对小菜蛾的杀虫活性最好。
        In this study,five components of alkalinity,strong acidic,weak acidic and neutral components,and aldehydes and ketones were obtained from essential oil of Artemisia lavandulaefolia by chemical separation. To determine the insecticidal activity of different components of A. lavandulaefolia essential oil,contact,fumigation,stomach poisoning and repellent activity of the five components against Plutella xylostella were tested. The results showed that the neutral component showed obvious contact,fumigation,stomach poisoning and repellent effects on P. xylostella,and the corrected mortality rates of contact and fumigation reached 100% and 97. 62%,respectively,after 10 h treatment. The strong acidic and weak acidic components had no obvious insecticidal effect. Alkalinity did not show contact,fumigation and stomach poisoning activity against P. xylostella. Aldehydes and ketones had no contact and fumigation activity. In general,the neutral component of A. lavandulaefolia essential oil had the best insecticidal activity against P. xylostella.
