踝关节慢性痛风性关节炎注射玻璃酸钠的疗效观察

摘要
目的对踝关节慢性痛风性关节炎注射玻璃酸钠疗效进行观察。方法将该院收治的80例踝关节慢性痛风性关节炎患者设为本次研究对象,入院时间均为2017年10月—2018年10月,采用双盲法将其分为实验组和常规组各40例患者,分别给予注射玻璃酸钠治疗和常规治疗,对两组患者的疗效进行观察和研究。结果进行治疗后,实验组患者的疼痛情况评分为(4.02±0.15)分,显著低于常规组患者,且在各项相关指标方面,实验组患者的评分情况均优于常规组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对踝关节慢性痛风性关节炎患者进行注射玻璃酸钠治疗,能够起到良好的治疗效果。
Objective To observe the effect of sodium hyaluronate injection on chronic gouty arthritis of ankle joint.Methods 80 patients with chronic gouty arthritis of ankle joints admitted to our hospital from October 2017 to October2018 were divided into experimental group and routine group by double blind method. 40 patients were given sodium hyaluronate injection and routine treatment respectively. The curative effect of the two groups was observed and studied.Results After treatment, the pain score of the experimental group was(4.02±0.15)points, significantly lower than that of the conventional group, and the scores of the experimental group were better than those of the conventional group in various related indicators,the difference was statistically significant( P < 0.05). Conclusion Injecting sodium hyaluronate into patients with chronic gouty arthritis of ankle joint can achieve good therapeutic effect.
