麻醉科住院医师规范化培训的培养和考核体系构建

摘要
麻醉科住院医师规范化培训是培养合格的麻醉科医师的重要措施,也是麻醉科医师成长的必经阶段。某院自从2008年起开始探索麻醉科住院医师培训工作,积累了较为丰富的经验。现从麻醉科住院医师规范化培训的实施过程,介绍组织管理、培养目标和培训细则、分级培训和轮转计划,结合临床教学查房、晨课制度、全科业务学习及杂志俱乐部等培养形式,通过完善考核内容,精细考核方法,及时双向考评并进行质量评价等方式,旨在提高麻醉科住院医师规范化培训的水平,培养更多合格的麻醉科医师。
The standardized training of residents in anesthesiology is an important measure for qualified anesthesiologists. It is also a necessary stage for anesthesiologists to grow up. Since 2008, the hospital of the authors began to explore anesthesia residents training, and has accumulated a lot of experience. The authors introduced the implementation of standardized training for residents in anesthesiology, including organization and management,training objectives and training rules, graded training and rotation plan. Combined with clinical teaching round,morning class system, and journal club, the assessment and evaluation system were also introduced. Through examination contents and elaborate the examination methods update, the authors conducted the two-way evaluation in time and carried out the quality evaluation. In short, the authors introduced their experiences to improve the standardized training and examination system in residents in anesthesiology.
