大学生基础医学实验技能大赛的实践研究

摘要
为培养具备良好实践能力的综合创新型医学生,教学实验中心依托"基础医学实验技能大赛",从参赛对象、实施方案、成绩评价、结果统计几方面分析总结了2012～2017年教学实验中心举办的历届实验技能大赛的具体实施情况.大赛的开展极大地调动了学生的学习积极性,培养了团队协作能力和实践动手能力.实践证明,该项赛事有效地促进了教与学的共同进步,培养了医学生严谨的临床思维,提升了综合科学素养,对医学院校的临床教育教学改革有着重要的指导作用.
In order to cultivate comprehensive and innovative medical students with good practical ability,relying on the″basic medical experimental skills competitions″,this author analyzes and studies the implementation of the experimental skills competitions held by the center of teaching and laboratory in 2012～2017 from the aspects of participants,implementation plans,performance evaluation,and result statistics.The competition has greatly mobilized students′enthusiasm for learning and cultivated students′ teamwork ability and practical ability.Practice proves that the competition has effectively promoted the common progress of teaching and learning,cultivated the rigorous clinical thinking for medical students,improved the comprehensive scientific literacy,and played an important guiding role in the reform of clinical education and teaching in medical colleges and universities.
