摘要
30Cr2Ni4MoV汽轮机低压转子用钢采用45tEBT-LF-VD-VD流程生产。结果表明,通过分类管理废钢,选用优质废钢,电炉强化脱磷,LF精炼采用换渣操作去硫,二次VD工艺进一步脱[O]、脱[H]、脱[N]等工艺措施,钢的成分可满足低压转子用钢30Cr2Ni4MoV的质量要求,可实现在低硅、低铝条件下氧的低含量。
The 30Cr2Ni4MoV steel was produced base on the 45 t EBT-LF-VD-VD Process. The results show that technologies such as classified management steel scrap, selected quality scrap steel, strengthen the dephosphorization in furnace,using slag to desulfurize in LF refining furnace, the second VD process for further remove [O], [H] and [N] are applied. The content of impurity elements meets the quality requirement of 30 Cr2 Ni4 Mo V lower-pressure rotor steel. Low content of oxygen can be achieved in low-silicon and low-aluminum conditions.
