摘要
目的采用原子吸收分光光度法测定多维铁口服溶液中的铁、锌。方法样品经湿法消解,采用火焰原子吸收法测定铁、锌的含量。结果 0~4.0μg·m L~(-1)铁、0~0.6μg·m L~(-1)锌与吸光度的线性关系良好(r均为0.9992),平均回收率分别为103.4%、103.0%,RSD分别为2.8%、7.7%(n=9)。结论所用方法简便、稳定好、准确度高,可用于多维铁口服溶液中铁、锌的含量测定。
OBJECTIVE To determine Fe and Zn in Multivitamin iron oral solution(MIOS) by Atomic absorption spectrometry method.METHODS The samples were digested by wet digestion,and Fe and Zn was determined by Flame atomic absorption spectrometry.RESULTS There was a good linear relationship of Fe within the range of 0-4.0 μg·m L~(-1)(r = 0.9992).There was a good linear relationship of Zn within the range of 0-0.6 μg·m L~(-1)(r = 0.9992).The recovery of Fe was 103.4%(RSD = 2.8%,n = 9)and that of Zn was 103.0%(RSD = 7.7%,n = 9).CONCLUSION The method is accurate and stable,which can be used for the determination of Fe and Zn in MIOS.
