益肾降浊汤联合金匮肾气丸治疗良性前列腺增生症患者的临床效果

摘要
目的探讨益肾降浊汤联合金匮肾气丸治疗良性前列腺增生症(BPH)患者的临床效果。方法选取沈阳市第二中医医院收治的114例BPH患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为两组,各57例。对照组予以特拉唑嗪联合非那雄胺治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予以益肾降浊汤联合金匮肾气丸治疗。比较两组患者的临床治疗效果、不良反应发生率及治疗前后前列腺体积、最大尿流率、残余尿量、国际前列腺症状(IPSS)评分。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率为92.98%(53/57),较对照组的78.95%(45/57)高(P<0.05);治疗2个月后观察组患者的前列腺体积、残余尿流量较对照组小,最大尿流率较对照组高,IPSS评分较对照组低(均P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为8.77%(5/57),与对照组的5.26%(3/57)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论益肾降浊汤联合金匮肾气丸治疗BPH患者,效果显著,可促进前列腺体积缩小,改善临床症状,且安全性较高。
Objective investigate the clinical efficacy of Yishen Jiangzhuo Decoction(益肾降浊汤) combined with Jinkui Shenqi Pills(金匮肾气丸) in the treatment of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH). Methods A total of 114 patients with BPH were selected in the Second Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Shenyang, and were randomly divided into two groups, with 57 patients in each group. The control group was treated with terazosin combined with finasteride. The observation group was treated with Yishen Jiangzhuo Decoction(益肾降浊汤) combined with Jinkui Shenqi Pills(金匮肾气丸) on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, the incidence of adverse reactions, the prostate volume before and after treament, the maximum urinary flow rate, the residual urine flow, and the international prostate symptom(IPSS) score were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.98%(53/57), which was higher than that of thecontrol group 78.95%(45/57)(P<0.05). After 2 months of treatment, the prostate volume and residual urine flow in the observation group were smaller than the control group. The maximum urine flow rate was higher than that of the control group, and the IPSS score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). There was no statistical difference in the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group 8.77%(5/57) compared with that in the control group 5.26%(3/57)(P>0.05). Conclusion Yishen Jiangzhuo Decoction(益肾降浊汤) combined with Jinkui Shenqi Pills(金匮肾气丸) in the treatment of BPH patients has significant effects, which can promote the reduction of prostate volume, improve clinical symptoms and have high safety.
