摘要
针对油罐车油气回收系统密闭性检测过程中手动加载效率低以及难以准确加载的问题,结合油罐车油气回收系统结构特征以及现场检测环境,提出了油罐车油气回收装置自动加载系统方案,设计了自动加载系统,包括控制电路设计、气动回路设计、操作界面设计以及系统程序设计,并进行了实验验证。实验结果表明,设计的自动加载系统完成了油罐车油气回收装置自动加载功能,有效解决了手动加载不精确的问题,提高了检测效率,为油气回收系统密闭性检测精确加载提供了技术与理论支持。
        In order to solve the problem of low efficiency and low accuracy of manual loading in the process of detecting the tightness of tank truck vapor collecting system,combined with tank truck vapor collecting system structural characteristics and test environment,a scheme of tank truck vapor collecting device of automatic loading system was put forward. The corresponding automatic loading system was designed,including the control circuit design,the pneumatic circuit design,the operation interface design and the system program design,and the experiments were carried out. The experimental results showed that the design of the automatic loading system completed the tank truck vapor collecting device of automatic loading function,the problem of inaccuracy at manual loading was effectively solved,the detection efficiency was improved a lot,and then the theory and technology support for detecting the tightness of tank truck vapor collecting system was provided.
