摘要
常规防振方法应用于多用途船时,存在防振效果不理想的问题,为此提出多用途船舱内集装箱尾部防振方法。增大螺旋桨叶梢与船体壳板之间的间隙,改进船尾线型加装阻尼器,完成多用途船舱尾部的优化设计;结合减振环、减振垫的紧固设计,加装减振环、减振垫,优化船舱尾部集装箱紧固方式,实现多用途船舱内集装箱尾部的防振。试验数据表明,本文方法较常规防振方法,振动衰减幅度提高49.72%,适合多用途船舱内集装箱尾部防振。
When the conventional anti-vibration method is applied to multi-purpose ship, the anti-vibration effect is not ideal. Therefore, a new anti-vibration method for the rear of container in multi-purpose ship cabin is proposed. Increase the clearance between the tip of propeller blade and the hull shell plate, improve the stern line with dampers, complete the optimization design of multi-purpose ship cabin stern; combined with the tightening design of damping ring and cushion, add damping ring and cushion, optimize the cabin stern container tightening mode, achieve multi-purpose cabin container stern prevention. The test data show that the vibration attenuation amplitude of the proposed method is 49.72% higher than that of the conventional method, and it is suitable for the vibration control of container tail in multi-purpose cabin.
