修订人才培养方案 深化教育教学改革

摘要
要实现一流的人才培养,必须构建培养一流人才的教育教学体系。哈尔滨工业大学2016版培养方案修订结合学校办学目标和人才培养定位,落实"以学生为中心"的教育理念,实施大类专业招生与大类专业培养模式改革,将创新教育贯穿人才培养全过程,实现全面打通本研人才培养,全面衔接工程教育认证,促进教与学的持续改进,确保人才培养质量的不断提升。
To achieve first-rate talent training, we must build an education and teaching system that trains first-rate talents. In the revision of the 2016 edition of the training program of Harbin Institute of Technology, we take into account the school-running goals and talent training orientation, implement the "student-centered" education concept, carry out the reform of the enrollment and training model based on categories of majors, infiltrate innovation education into the whole process of talent training, implement full undergraduate-postgraduate talent training, and comprehensively integrate engineering education certification, so as to promote the continuous improvement of teaching and learning, and ensure the continuous improvement of talent training quality.
