摘要
就长白山野生松针粉对老年小鼠抗氧化作用以及果蝇延缓衰老作用进行研究。选取美国癌症研究所(Institute of Cancer Research,ICR)老龄小鼠20只随机分为老年模型组与老年给药组,同样选取10只正常年龄的ICR小鼠为青年对照组,老年给药组给予剂量为5 g/kg长白山野生松针粉30天后,检测各组血清中丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)、肝组织中谷胱甘肽(glutathion,GSH)等氧化指标。同时以果蝇为生物模式,在其培养基中添加低(0.115%)、中(0.461%)、高(1.845%)不同浓度的松针粉,对果蝇寿命相关行为学指标进行考察。结果表明:与老年模型组相比,松针粉可显著性增加老年给药组小鼠血清SOD(P<0.05)、肝组织GSH含量(P<0.05),降低MDA含量。松针粉可延长果蝇寿命,增加果蝇的子代数量,提高老年蝇的攀爬能力,提高老龄果蝇抗亚急性氧化损伤能力及体内水份含量。长白山野生松针粉具有抗氧化及抗衰老作用,可改善老年小鼠、果蝇与寿命相关的指标。
        It intended to research that wild pine needle powder in Changbai Mountain might play a role on antioxidation to the aging mice and anti-aging to the drosophilas. 20 Institute of Cancer Research(ICR)mice were divided into the elderly model group and the elderly medication group randomly and averagely,10 ICR mice of normal age were also selected as the young control group. The serum malondialdehyde(MDA),superoxide dismutase(SOD)and glutathione(GSH)in liver tissue and other oxidation indices were detected for each group after giving wild pine needle powder in Changbai Mountain for dose of 5 g/kg to the the elderly medication group in 30 days. Meanwhile,drosophilas,as biological model,were given the lower(0.115 %),the medium(0.461 %),and the higher(1.845 %)concentration of pine needle powder added to the culture mediums and then observed the life related behavioral indexes of drosophilas. Compared with elderly model group,it showed that the pine needle powder could not only significantly increase the content of serum SOD(P<0.05)and GSH in liver tissue(P<0.05)but reduce the MDA in the elderly medication group. The results also showed that pine needle powder could prolong the lifespan,increase the offspring numbers,enhance the climbing ability and the anti-sub-acute oxidative damage capacity and body water content of the aging drosophilas. The wild pine needle powder in Changbai Mountain obtained antioxidant and anti-aging effects which could improve the liferelated indicators of aging mice and drosophilas.
