摘要
工业炸药成品性能检测一般采用试爆罐装置,在炸药试爆时,试爆罐上多有泄压装置,当爆炸压力增大时就会顶开泄压装置,但在此过程中,炸药产生的废气便会四处扩散,从而造成有毒气体的排散,因此很不安全。本文研究一种试爆罐自动泄压装置,该装置泄压非常迅速,同时利用抽气结构将泄压过程中产生的气体最大限度抽走,避免污染环境,提高本质安全。
The performance of industrial explosive products is usually measured by test jar,when the explosive is tested,there are many explosion venting devices on the test jar. when the explosion pressure increases, it will open the venting device,but during this process,exhaust gas from explosives will spread everywhere,which is not safe. In this paper,an automatic venting device of test jar is studied,the device releases pressure very rapidly,at the same time, the pumping structure is used to draw the gas out of test jar during the venting process to the limit,avoiding pollution of the environment and improving the intrinsic safety level.
