摘要
以东方红-LF954动力换挡轮式拖拉机全液压转向系统为研究对象,分别进行自由状态和约束状态下有限元模态仿真分析,研究转向机构固有频率的振动影响,并通过后期振动试验研究,验证有限元分析结果,并进行方案改进。
A Dongfanghong-LF954 power shift wheeled tractor is the subject of this research.Finite element modal simulation analysis of full-hydraulic steering mechanism is carried out under free and restrained states respectively.The vibration effect of natural frequency of the steering mechanism is studied.Through the study of the later vibration test,the results of finite element analysis are verified,and the scheme is improved.
