预防性使用益生菌对重症手足口病患儿肠道功能的影响

摘要
目的研究预防性使用益生菌对于重症手足口病患儿的肠道功能的影响。方法 2016年7月至2018年5月,将我院收治的108例重症手足口病患儿,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组。对照组采取常规治疗,试验组采用常规治疗辅助使用益生菌。分别比较2组在治疗前后肠道菌群、肠道屏障功能指标的差异,比较2组症状恢复时间以及腹泻情况等方面的差异。结果治疗后试验组患儿双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌、大肠埃希菌含量高于对照组患儿(P<0.05);治疗后试验组患儿内毒素(ET)、二胺氧化酶(DAO)、D-乳酸(D-LA)水平低于对照组患儿(P<0.05);试验组患儿体温恢复时间低于对照组患儿(P<0.05);试验组患儿腹泻的发生率显著低于对照组患儿(P<0.05)。结论益生菌有利于保障肠道内正常菌群的稳定性,维持肠道屏障,加快体温的恢复以及降低患儿腹泻的发生率。
        Objective To observe the effect of probiotics on intestinal function in children with severe hand,foot and mouth disease(HFMD). Methods From July 2016 to May 2018, 108 children with severe HFMD were randomly divided into the control group and experimental group. The control group was treated with routine therapy,while the experimental group was treated with probiotics. The differences of intestinal flora, intestinal barrier function,recovery time and diarrhea were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the experimental group was compared with the control group. The levels of Bifidobacterium, Lactobacillus, Escherichia coli in children of the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the ET, DAO, D-LA indexes in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05). The recovery time of body temperature in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of diarrhea in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Probiotics can protect the stability of normal intestinal flora, maintain intestinal barrier, accelerate body temperature recovery and significantly reduce the incidence of diarrhea in patients.
