2012-2017年河北省围场县国家级人间布病监测点监测情况分析

摘要
目的了解2012-2017年围场县布病流行情况,为制定布病防控策略提供数据支持。方法收集2012-2017年围场县人间布病监测数据、健康知识知晓率和健康行为形成率调查问卷等资料,采用EPIDATA 3. 3. 2进行数据库建立和数据的录入;用SPSS 18. 0进行资料统计分析。结果 2012-2017年共进行流行病学调查7 941人,血清学监测3 277人,阳性395人,血检阳性率12. 05%,各年血检阳性率差异有统计学意义(χ~2=1. 729,P <0. 01);男性明显高于女性,且差异有统计学意义(χ~2=26. 988,P <0. 01)。6年来健康知识知晓率和健康行为形成率均呈现上升趋势。结论 2012-2017年围场县布病血清学检查阳性率呈下降趋势;重点人群的健康教育和行为干预是防控布病的有效途径;加大健康教育宣传力度、提高布病健康知识知晓率非常重要,且提高行为正确率是防控布病更有效的手段和措施。
Objective To understand the prevalence of brucellosis in Weichang County and provide data support for the development of brucellosis prevention and control strategies. Methods Surveillance data of human brucellosis and questionnaire on health awareness and health behaviour formation of human brucellosis in Weichang County from 2012 to 2017 were collected. EPIDATA 3. 3. 2 was used to establish the database and do the data entry. SPSS 18. 0 was used to do statistical analysis. Results In total,7 941 questionnaires and3 277 serological tests results were collected. There were 395 of them who are seropositive. The positive rate of blood tests was 12. 05%.The seropositive rates among different years were statistically significantly( χ~2= 1. 729,P < 0. 01). Seropositive rate among men were significantly higher compared to women,and the difference was statistically significant( χ~2= 26. 988,P < 0. 01). In the past six years,the awareness rate of health knowledge and the rate of healthy behavior have been increasing. Conclusion The Positive rate of serological examination of brucellosis in Weichang County shows a decreasing trend. Health education and behavioral intervention in key populations are effective ways to prevent brucellosis. It is very important to increase health education and health knowledge awareness.And improving the correct rate of behavior is a more effective means and measure to prevent and control disease.
