关联主义视域下成人学习的理念创新与路径变革

摘要
与传统的学习观不同,关联主义学习理论的关键在于连接各种不同类型的知识节点,在学习者与学习资源之间创建学习共同体网络,从而促进学习意义的发生。然而现代成人学习也面临着诸多的问题与挑战,如知识呈"碎片化",无法形成有效的学习体系;数据主义崇拜盛行,成人学习态度不够端正、动机不强以及注重传统、很难适应新的学习方式等等。因此,可以说关联主义学习理论为成人学习提供了新的建设路径。
        With the background of the digital age, the theory of connectivism learning emerges at the historic moment, provides a new idea for the effective learning of modern adults. Different from the traditional learning concept, connectivism learning theory is the key to connect all kinds of different types of knowledge node, between learners and learning resources to create a learning community network, promoting occurrence of significance to learn. However, modern adult learning also faces many problems and challenges. For example, knowledge is fragmented and it cannot form an effective learning system. Because of the popularity of data prevailing, adult learning attitude is not correct and motivation is not strong. They are also difficult to adapt to new learning methods and so on because they are pay attention to the traditional. Therefore, the theory of connectivism learning provides a new construction path for adult learning.
