摘要
季铵盐型化合物具有良好的脂溶性及水溶性。在日本专利报道的2,4-滴季铵盐化合物的基础上进行结构修饰,以2-氯-4-氟-5-硝基苯酚为起始原料,经过酚羟基取代、硝基还原、酰化、酯化、季铵化等反应得到酞酰亚胺取代的苯氧羧酸酯季铵盐衍生物。除草活性测试结果显示,合成的大多数化合物在150 g/hm~2有效成分用量下对百日草和苘麻的防效≥85%。
        Quaternary ammonium compounds are generally highly soluble in both lipid and water. Phthalein imide substituted phenoxy carboxylic acid ester quaternary ammonium salt new compounds were synthesized from 2-chloro-4-fluoro-5-nitrophenol via substitution reaction, reduction, acylation, esterification and quaternization to obtain target compounds. The bioassay results showed that all synthesized compounds exhibited herbicidal activity and the inhibition rates of most compounds to Zinnia and Abutilon theophrasti were over 85% at the dosage of 150 g/hm~2.
