新时期中国农业科技人才激励机制探析

摘要
近年来,中国农业保持良好发展势头,目前正处于经济转型的黄金时期,农业新业态、新模式、新技术、新领域层出不穷,亟需激励新型农业科技人才发展更高科技型的现代农业。人才激励机制是影响农业科技人才有效发挥作用及农业科技创新团队建设发展的关键因素,通过分析当前中国农业科技人才现状、影响因素及存在问题,提出了新时期创新农业科技人才激励机制的主要对策。
In recent years, Chinese agriculture has maintained a good momentum of development, and is in the golden period of economic transformation, at the same time, new formats, new mode, new technology and new field of agriculture emerge in an endless stream, which need to encourage new agricultural science and technology talents to develop more high-tech modern agriculture. The talent incentive mechanism is a key factor influencing agricultural science and technology talents to effectively play a role and the construction and development of agricultural science and technology innovation team. Through analyzing the status quo,influence factors and problems of current China's agricultural science and technology talents, the author put forward some main countermeasures for innovating the incentive mechanism of China's agricultural science and technology talents in the new era.
