康复新液坐浴在痔疮术后的应用效果观察

摘要
目的:观察康复新液坐浴在痔疮术后患者临床中的应用效果。方法:将笔者所在医院2017年收治的112例痔疮术后患者随机分为两组,对照组56例采取1∶5 000高锰酸钾溶液熏洗坐浴,研究组56例采取康复新液超声雾化坐浴,对比两组患者创面愈合时间、住院时间及术后并发症发生情况。结果:研究组患者的创面愈合时间及住院时间均显著短于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组康复新液超声雾化坐浴便秘、肛裂等并发症发生率明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:术后给予痔疮手术患者康复新液超声雾化坐浴,能有效促进创面愈合,缩短住院时间,减少并发症的发生,从而促进患者肛门功能恢复,值得推广。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Kangfuxin Solution bath in patients with hemorrhoids after operation.Method:112 cases with hemorrhoids treated in our hospital in 2017 were randomly divided into two groups.56 cases in the control group took a bath of 1∶5 000 Potassium Permanganate for fumigation,and 56 cases in the study group took Kangfuxin Solution ultrasonic atomization bath was performed,the wound healing time,length of stay,and postoperative complications between the two groups were compared.Result:The wound healing time and length of stay in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,there were statistically significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05),the complications of constipation,anal fissure,etc.occurred in the study group was significantly less than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Postoperative ultrasonic atomized bath of Kangfuxin Solution for patients with hemorrhoids surgery can effectively promote wound healing,shorten hospitalization time,and reduce the occurrence of complications,so as to promote the recovery of anal function of patients.It is worth promoting.
