中药坐浴结合痔舒息肛门雾化疗法治疗痔疮水肿的效果研究

摘要
目的观察中药坐浴结合痔舒息肛门雾化疗法治疗痔疮水肿的治疗效果。方法收集2014年2月~2016年1月我院接收手术治疗的痔疮患者82例,采用随机数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组,两组各41例。对照组采取痔舒息肛门雾化疗法;观察组在对照组的基础上再实施中药坐浴的方法进行治疗。结果观察组轻度疼痛(35例)的人数高于对照组(16例),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药坐浴结合痔舒息肛门雾化疗法对治疗痔疮水肿具有良好的疗效。
Objective Study on the effect of Zhishuxi atomization therapy combined with traditional chinese medicine bath in the treatment of hemorrhoids anal edema. Methods Collected from February 2014 to January 2016 surgical treatment of hemorrhoids patients 82 cases,using the random number table method,were randomly divided into observation group and control group,two groups of 41 cases. Control group took Zhishuxi atomization therapy,observation group basised on the control group in the of the implementation of the method of traditional Chinese medicine hip bath treatment.Results Mild pain in observation group(35 cases),the number was higher than that of control group(16 cases),the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). ConclusionZhishuxi atomization therapy combined with traditional chinese medicine bath for the treatment of hemorrhoids edema has good curative effect.
