摘要

管理育人是高校立德树人工作的重要组成部分,有着丰富的内涵,并有着十分突出的意义。文章从思想观念、制度规范、文化环境三个方面,分析当前高校管理育人过程中存在的问题,探索和提出适应新形势、新要求的高校管理育人新路径和新举措。
        Management and education plays a vital role in fostering morals and educating students in colleges and universities. Not only is it rich in connotations, but also it is of remarkable significance. This paper intends to analyze the existing problems of management and education among colleges and universities in terms of ideological concepts, institutional norms and cultural environment, explore and propose new paths and new measures for management and education in colleges and universities to adapt to the new situation and new requirements.
