民办高校退伍大学生思想状况与行为特点研究

摘要
从2006年开始至今,上海杉达学院已经成功向部队输送大学生士兵553名。为了进一步了解退伍大学生这个群体在"入"和"退"后有无改变、有哪些改变,以及退伍大学生再次回到校园后的思想状况和行为特点进行研究,通过分析研究来给出合理可行的建议。本文主要采用问卷调查法对在校退伍复学大学生进行线上的问卷调查,以及面对面的实地访谈进行深入了解和探讨。
Since 2006, Shanghai Sanda University has successfully sent 553 college students to the troops. In order to further understand whether the group of retired college students has changed after "entering" and "retiring", what changes have been made, and the ideological status and behavioral characteristics of retired college students after returning to campus, the author gives reasonable and feasible suggestions through analysis and research. This paper mainly uses the questionnaire method to conduct online questionnaire survey and face-to-face field interview for indepth understanding and discussion.
