摘要
目的 :探究8周核心力量训练对羽毛球专修大学生运动能力的影响。方法 :运用实验法选取12名南京师范大学2014级羽毛球专修学生,随机分成实验组(n=6)和对照组(n=6),实验组每周进行2次核心力量训练和1次技术训练,对照组每周进行2次传统力量训练和1次技术训练。训练前后分别对实验组和对照组成员进行一次直线折返跑、30s双摇跳绳、立定跳远、低重心四角跑以及击球术测试。结果 :1)训练后实验组30s双摇跳绳的提高明显高于对照组的提高(P﹤0.05);2)实验组的低重心四角跑的提高明显高于对照组的提高(P﹤0.05);3)训练后实验组击球技术有显著提高(P﹤0.01),且提高幅度大于对照组的提高幅度。结论 :核心力量训练可以显著提高羽毛球专修同学的灵敏素质和击球技术,进而提高羽毛球专修同学的运动能力。
        Purpose: To explore the influence of 8 weeks core strength training on the sports ability of badminton specialism college students. Methods: 12 students of 2014 grade badminton specialism of Nanjing Normal University were selected by experiment method, they were randomly divided into experimental group(n=6) and control group(n=6), the experimental group received core strength training twice a week and technical training once a week, the control group received traditional strength training twice a week and technical training once a week. Before and after the training, the members of the experimental group and the control group were subjected to a shuttle run, 30 s rope skipping of double swing, standing long jump, a low center of gravity four-corner run, and batting technique test. Results: 1) After training, the increase of30 s rope skipping of double swing in the experimental group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05);2) the improvement of the low center of gravity four-corner running in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);3) after the training, the batting technique in the experimental group was significantly improved(P<0.01), and the increased range was larger than that of the control group. Conclusion: Core strength training can significantly improve the sensitive quality and batting technique of badminton specialism students, and thus improve the sports ability.
