摘要

高校辅导员是大学教工体系的重要组成部分,担负着大学生思想政治教育教育和管理的双重角色,高校辅导员思想政治教育能力的高低在一定程度上决定了大学思想政治教育的成果,对于大学生思想政治教育过程尤为关键,同时,新时代需要解决新问题,高校辅导员也要寻求思想政治教育能力新突破,担负起大学生思想政治教育的重任,本文的展开旨在探索高校辅导员思想政治教育能力提升的路径。
        College counselors are an important part of the university teaching staff system, and they play a dual role in the education and management of ideological and political education for college students. The level of their ideological and political education ability determines the results of ideological and political education for college students at a certain level, which is particularly critical to the process of ideological and political education for college students. At the same time, new era needs to solve new problems. College counselors should also seek new breakthroughs in ideological and political education ability and shoulder the important task of ideological and political education of college students. The purpose of this paper is to explore ways to improve the ideological and political education ability of college counselors.
