摘要
学生评教是国内外高校评估教师教学质量的重要环节。自20世纪90年代伊始,美国通过加强观念和政策保障、建构科学合理的评教指标、实施标准化的评教过程以及有效利用评教反馈结果等发展与完善了学生评教制度。因此,美国学生评教的制度化经验,可以为我国高校开展学生评教活动提供有益借鉴。
        Students' assessment is an integral component in evaluating teachers' teaching quality at home and abroad. Since the 1990 s,in the American universities by strengthening the conception and policy,a scientific and reasonable evaluation system was constructed,the implementation of the standardized appraisal process and effective utilization of appraisal feedback results were developed and progressed,which were helpful to the system setup of student evaluation of teaching. Therefore,the institutionalized experience of American students' assessment can serve as a useful reference for Chinese colleges and universities.
