摘要
2017年经全国机械职业教育教学指导委员会和机械工业教育发展中心审核批准的全国机械行业职业院校技能大赛共有十项赛事,比赛内容涉及到三维建模、智能制造、机器人以及机器装配与调试等,每项赛事都得到了相关企业与院校的积极支持和参与,比赛过程和结果向企业和社会展示出了参赛院校在相关专业学科技术领域教与学的实力与水平,各项赛事成为了职业院校彰显社会影响力的重要舞台。笔者就近年来选拔、培训学生参加机械行业技能竞赛的实践,以"机电设备安装与调试技术"赛项为例,介绍几点职业院校参加机械行业技能竞赛学生选拔与训练的策略与体会。
        The vocational skills competition was verified and approved by national machinery vocational education teaching-steering committee and education development center of mechanical industry in 2017. It contains ten events, involving three-dimensional modeling, intelligent manufacturing, robots and machine assembling and debugging, etc. Each event was actively supported and participated by related enterprises and colleges. The competition process and results showed participated colleges' competence and level of teaching and learning in the related technical disciplines fields to the enterprise and society. The events have become an important stage for the vocational colleges to reveal social influence. Referring to the practice in the recent years, this paper will introduce several strategies and experience on selecting and training vocational students for the skills competition, using the event of electrical-mechanical equipment installation and debugging as an example.
