基于用户画像的图书馆精准信息服务研究

摘要
用户画像是大数据时代图书馆实现精准信息服务的重要工具。介绍用户画像的基本概念、特征,分析国内外图书馆领域用户画像的发展概况、研究现状,提出国内图书馆应用用户画像的思路及策略。
User profile is an important tool for libraries to achieve precise information services in the era of big data.This paper introduces the basic concepts and characteristics of user profile,analyzes the development overview and research staus of user profile in domestic and overseas libraries,and puts forward the ideas and tactics of user profile in domestic libraries.
