平台服务深化新路径——基于“深圳学派”知识库构建若干问题研究

平台服务的深化,正在成为图书馆创新服务的新路径。然而技术与学科融合的知识服务平台,如果缺少一些必要的条件,则很难实现当初的愿景。本文以"深圳学派"知识库的构建,作为平台服务创新的一个案例,首先,分析了构建"深圳学派"知识库的现实意义;接着,重点探讨了欲实现"深圳学派"知识库功能:一是在信息技术支撑上,软件平台及模型构建应满足学术资源长期保存、开放存取及学术交流功能;二是在资源内容建设上,应规划与界定学术资源的范围、类型,建立多层次的激励、保障机制,以及方便存取的信息渠道。
Deepening of platform services,is the innovation of library services for the new path. The knowledge service platform for integration of technology and academic resources,however,without the necessary conditions,it is difficult to realize the vision. The paper first analyzed the significance of building "Shenzhen School" knowledge base. Then it discussed the functionality to achieve "Shenzhen school" knowledge base,for one thing,the software platform and model should meet the academic resource long-term preservation,open access and academic exchange,and for another,informational resources development should be to plan and define the scope,type of academic resources,establish multiple layers of incentives,guarantee mechanisms,as well as easy access to information channels.
