开放学术环境下高校学者库建设路径研究

摘要
高校学者库作为高校学者科研成果集中展示和长期保存的数据库,在促进学术交流、推动科研成果的自由传播和提升科研人员学术影响力等方面发挥着重要作用。文章以清华大学、北京大学和西安交通大学三所高校学者库为例,通过分析学者库建设的内容和信息来源,介绍学者库的服务功能和管理功能,对其存在的问题进行分析的基础上提出相应的对策,为我国高校学者库的建设提供参考和借鉴。
Scholar repository of colleges and universities,as the research focus features and an important part of the long-term preservation, plays an important role in promoting the scientific research achievements of free propagation,academic exchanges,academic influence of scientific research personnel,etc. Taking the scholar repositories of tsinghua University,Beijing university and Xi'an Jiaotong University as examples,and analyzing the construction content and information sources of scholar repositories,this paper introduces the system of service function and management function of them,points out the problems and deficiencies of scholar repositories,and puts forward some countermeasures,in order to provide reference for the construction of domestic scholar repositories of colleges and universities.
