国医大师徐景藩教授治疗噎膈经验浅谈

摘要
国医大师徐景藩出身中医世家,从事中医临床教学60余年,擅长脾胃病的诊疗工作。国医大师徐景藩博众家之长,承古而不泥古,以独到的学术视角,勇于创新,提出"噎乃膈之渐",认为本病发生多与情志阴液有关,指出本病初起气郁痰阻,久则瘀血内停,阴阳互结致引起噎膈,形成了分期辨证论治噎膈的学术思想。在治疗方面,重视气滞痰浊、血瘀内阻、阴阳互结之关键,辨证运用升降相调、润燥相伍、攻补兼施之法。其影响深远,有积极的理论和指导意义。
XU Jingfan,master of traditional Chinese medicine,was born in a aristocratic TCM family. He has engaged in clinical teaching of TCM for more than 60 years and has specialized in diagnosis and treatment of spleen-stomach diseases. Master XU Jingfan learns from tradition calligraphy but not limit by it,he put forward original view on"dysphagia is proceed of achalasia"with a unique academic perspective. Master XU thinks that dysphagia is mostly related to emotion and Yin fluid,he has pointed out that Qi and phlegm obstruction is the beginning of disease,then blood stasis and Yin-Yang interaction apperes,finally causes achalasia and diaphragmatic syndrome. In the staging treatment based on syndrome differentiation,Master XU pays attention to key of phlegm-Qi stagnation,spleen stomach disharmony,blood stasis resistance,Yin-Yang interaction. Master XU has specialized in tonification and purgation accompanied by promotion and demotion Qi,moisturizing dryness. It has far-reaching influence and positive theoretical and directive significance.
