牡丹江市360医养智能系统研讨

摘要
为解决牡丹江地区人口老龄化带来的问题,构建了360医养智能系统。通过介绍牡丹江市"医养结合"的概况,在充分调研牡丹江养老医疗相关数据的基础上,阐述了其构建的全方位的360医养智能系统及线上平台。分析了360医养智能系统的功能,主要包括电子档案管理、动态信息维护、实时监护定位、健康预测、结算管理等内容,明确了360医养智能系统的实际应用价值,可让相关职能部门动态化、实时化地了解本地区老年人的健康情况、平台加盟商、服务机构、信息求助、病况咨询等信息,具有推广价值。
In order to solve the problem of population aging in Mudanjiang area,a 360 medical care intelligent system was constructed. By introducing the general situation of"combination of medical care and maintenance"in Mudanjiang,and on the basis of fully investigating the relevant data of Mudanjiang's old-age medical care,this paper expounds the360 medical care intelligent system and online platform it has built. The functions of 360 medical maintenance intelligent system are analyzed,including electronic file management,dynamic information maintenance,real-time monitoring and positioning,health prediction,settlement management,etc. The practical application value of 360 medical maintenance intelligent system is clarified,which can enable relevant functional departments to dynamically and real-time understand the health status of the elderly in the region,platform franchisers,service agencies,information help-seeking,etc.which is of great value for popularization.
